This is the same base tart saison as From Here And There but with a hint of ginger and lime.
Our base saison utilises Australian grains, American and Czech hops, Belgian saison yeast and our own blend of bacteria.
Instead of a dry hop just prior to bottling, we incorporated a small amount of Australian grown ginger which we juiced, plus fresh local lime juice and lime zest in the barrel. The ginger isn’t at the forefront like you may expect from a traditional ginger beer, we’ve included just enough for it to bring an interesting and refreshing dimension to the beer.
Grain Bill: Barley, Wheat, Oats, Rye
Hops: Centennial, Cascade, Saaz
Bacteria: Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus
Secondary: French Oak Barrique
